Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP)

Diabetes can be prevented or delayed!

The Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) has proven that lifestyle changes, such as losing a small amount of weight or becoming more physically active, that can delay or reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

Even if you have not been diagnosed with Pre-Diabetes, you may still be at risk. Take the risk assessment today!
