Qualified Participants Must:

• Have a Body Mass Index > 27 

• Either be:

1. > 40 years of age with established Cardiovascular Disease > 90 days prior to visit 1

2. (a): Women 55-69 years of age or men 50-64 years of age with at least 3 risk factors listed below, or  

       (b): Women > 70 years of age or men > 65 years of age with at least 3 risk factors listed below.​

Risk factor:

• Current tobacco use

• Dyslipidemia (High Cholesterol)

• Hypertension

• Kidney Disease

• Prediabetes

Qualified Participants May:​

• Receive study support and monitoring by a healthcare team

• Receive reimbursement for time and travel.
