Medically Supervised Weight Loss

NDORI's weight management specialists can help to oversee non-surgical treatments to help you modify your eating and lifestyle habits, lose weight, and maintain weight loss. Here's how we can help you set and achieve realistic goals and improve your quality of life.

  • We work closely with you to provide guidance and support throughout your journey.

  • We offer both virtual and in-person appointments.

  • We individualize recommendations to fit your needs and preferences.

  • Our approaches can cover weight management, nutrition, behavioral health, and exercise guidance.

Initial Consultations

These visits will include a comprehensive evaluation and discussion about your weight, nutrition, eating habits, medical history, and weight-related behaviors. We will use this information to recommend a care plan.

Exams and Tests

Ongoing and periodic physical exams may include assessments for:

  • Weight, waist circumference, and blood pressure

  • Laboratory values such as: blood cholesterol, triglycerides, and glucose levels

  • Medical conditions that are sensitive to diet, exercise, and weight loss, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol

Resting Metabolic Testing

We have a tool that measures oxygen that the body consumes. This measurement allows the device to calculate your Resting Energy Expenditure (REE), or Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR). This allows us to:

  • Pinpoint precise caloric intake required for weight loss, maintenance, or weight gains.

  • Apply this information to our nutritional assessments to help treat obesity and other conditions such as ssleep disorders, diabetes, and thyroid disorders.
